What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oregon

ok i have a minor son who is a beneficiary of my uncles esop plan he pasted 3 years ago. i am his guardian so it will come in my name for him. so when i do taxes what taxes will i get hit with and how would i do it. i have never had to do this and am confused big time

No federal taxes if the amount received is under $2 million. You will need to consult with a local tax preparer or CPA after you get the money to find out if there will be any state taxes.
