What is the name of your state? IL I live in Chicago and I'm wondering how to put my deceased parents home in my name. Its was put in trust early last year and I'd like to know my next step.

Discuss this with the trustee. The trust may have special provisions about how the home is to be handled, and you may or may not be entitled to it.
