What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Does anyone know of a successful legal challenge to a Living Trust created by using a form from the book "How to Avoid Probate" by Norman F. Dacey?

Are you asking if a court has found a trust based on the book illegal?

You would need a case search of decisions in the area you are thinking of. Any attorney should be able to do such a search for a reasonable fee.

Is this a hypothetical like the last time?

If your definition of hypothetical includes a question by someone who has read the book and would like to use one of the forms in the book to create a trust, then the answer is yes.

Question: Do you often answer questions with a question? if you know the answer, why not state it. Otherwise why post?
