Check out some library books on trusts if you want information.

If you don't want to spend a few hundred dollars on a real estate attorney or trust attorney to get the deed officially changed to show your name instead of the name of your trust, then your heirs can do it.

Post your question to www.lawguru.com where it is more likely that a probate or trust attorney from your state will see it.
