Indiana-Co-executor is "squatting" in the deceased relative's house that 1/2 belongs to me. Deceased relative's lawyer in charge of probate/settling estate said that co-executor would have to sign a lease agreement with other co-executor (me) before he/she could move in. Squatter refuses to sign lease, even after moving in without my permission. In fact, squatter knew that I did not want him/her in the house without a lease. Lawyer is unproductive to say the least. Unsure of end of probate date due to lawyer's evasiveness and stalling-techniques. Can't get the squatter to move or the lawyer to do anything.
