If you need a copy of a will of a person who has died and whose heirs have opened a probate estate, go to the county where the deceased person lived. Then go to the probate court in the courthouse and ask to see a copy of the will.

If you want to see a copy of the will of a person who is not dead, you ask that person if you can see a copy of his will.

Mention the name of the city where the death occurred and I can look up the address and phone number of the county courthouse there.
