What is the name of your state? AZ
I was wondering is their any type of a time frame limit, in the state of Arizona, for the final distribution of a closed will/estate? 30 days? 60 days?
I ask, because my father passed away 3 years ago and my sister has been dragging her heels the whole way.
Now, Finally, it is closed with the courts! Keep in mind this was only about $150,000 at most.
