What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hello all,

I finally convinced my parents to get a will done. Since our family situation is very cut and dry in my opinion (one parent dies, inheritance goes to other, or if both die, it goes to me), I felt it was more cost effective to get a will package from an online legal site (maybe Legalzoom?) and do it myself. I would create a couple of wills contingent on the scenario as mentioned above (ex., one parent dies, both parents die) Are there any pitfalls against doing a self-created will besides the 'expertise' given by an in-person lawyer? After I get this handled, I was going to move on to setting up a trust the same way.

Thanks in advance,
Noob
