i have a ?. my father passed away this year. before he did he moved to another town with one of my brothers.i moved into his house and we agreed that if i sent him money every month, i got the house when the time came. i lived in the house only 6 month before this happened. he did not have a will, and i have 7 brothers and 9 sisters. none of them have any problems with me having the house but do i have to go to
a lawyer to get the house in my name ? and do i have to get all of them to sign something saying it's ok with them? i have the deed to the house. but i have know idea where some of them live, they are from my dads first mariage. so we dont keep in touch. how is this going to work? i need the house i am a singal mother of two and no education.
