I need trust help please!!!

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I am trying to help my cousin out getting information for him regarding his trust. His Grandparents passed away in 2003 and left him some money. Our Uncle was appointed as trustee of the trust to look over the money. My Uncle now will not return my cousins phone calls or anything. So I need to know what he can do to get his money. My Uncle was the trustee until my cousin reached the age of 21, he is now 23. Also, my cousin has no documentation regarding his trust, my Uncle wont give him copy's.
So what I need to know is what he can do and how to obtain documents pertaining to his trust. Please help.
Thank You.
Lauren

What documentation doesn't he have?

Usually, the remedy is to ask a judge to order your uncle to cooperate.
