Good morning,
I am a french student in my final university year and I have to prepare a thesis for my last exam.
I am working on a comparison of UK laws and french laws related to the inheritance.
I am looking after information for :
a.. Will act (1837, 1853 and 1983)
b.. Administration act (1925)
c.. Intestate's estate act (1952)
d.. Inheritance act -Provision for family and dependants- (1975)
I am also looking for one additional information related to inheritance.
Do you know how many inheritance acts are done with relation to a will (%) ?
If you do not have the facility to provide the answers to my queries, can you provide some addresses/links where this could be possible ?
