inheritance of a real estate property upon death o f a spouse

I reside in New York City with my wife in the condominium which I purchased prior to getting married and it is in my name only.I have a will in which I stipulate that my wife upon my death inherits whatever I own.Would it be advisable to obtain a title to this property in my and her name or upon my death without a probate the condo becomes automatically hers regardless whether or not the title is in my name only ?
