Client living in NJ,son lives in NY,listed mother as beneficiary.Money will affect state aid and such for her. Can mother 'pass' money to grandchildren without 'touching' money as HER own so that loss of benefits will not occur??

When mother is eligible for state aid, she can reapply and will again receive it. Jeeze, give the taxpayers a break!!
