Question

inventory list complaint

What is the name of your state?
Texas

The inventory list that was recorded at the court house, was put in a form that can not be reflected back
to the will, as to be compared.Estate worth $328,651.00
The accounts that are listed in the will are changed, it seems that some of them were converted into
cash, and put into other bank accounts. So we do not know which are which.I thought that the
inventory list was to be what it was at the time of death, the exacuter has moved the money all around,
we have no way of knowing what is what.
The judge has approved the inventory list, and we only have, 30 days from when the judge signed it to
file a complaint,,,,Is what the exacuter done
o k ??
Based on this, DO we have enought to file a complaint??
THANKS
