What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?CALIFORNIA
how do you report a bios judge in a irrevocable trust, when he is one sided with the trust funds, by allowing the trustee to use the trust funds for a attorny, but denies the settlor funds out of the trust for himself to have a attorny? Not onlt that, the Judge would'nt listen or read any thing the settlor needed to express in court

You may file a complaint. Go to the web-site of the State of Cal. Commission on Judicial Performance.
The Settlor (beneficiary?) is not entitled to bill the trust for legal services. The trustee is entitled.
Investigate hiring an attorney through a contingency agreement if you can not afford one. In such an agreement the attorney will provide services for a cut of the winnings. Read the contingency agreement carefully and be sure that you understand it before signing. Be clear about what fees you will have to pay for.

Good luck
