Can the surviving spouse change the will left by her husband? It was included in the trust, when we set it up after her husbands death. :confused:

DEAR MONTEV:

You can not change someone else's will as far as it affects the deceased person's estate. Your question is somewhat confusing and hard to understand what you really mean.

However, a surviving spouse can create her own will determining who she wants to leave her assets to.

Exactly what are you trying to accomplish, or what changes do you want to have made?
