This a duplicate post. I omitted the state in the first one. Sorry. Husband and wife in Tennessee have joint will. When one is deceased and the other is living. do the children have the right to see the will?

In order for the Will to be operative, it has to be filed for and admitted to probate and then it becomes a matter of public record......
