 I do not want my parents to have anything to do with my children when I am gone. I am afraid they will try to get visitation rights after I am gone. What can I add to a will to assure they will not have to see them? :(

**A: you would need to specify other indivduals to be the children's legal guardians. You must get their (guardians) approval first.
