DEAR JULIE:

Why do you want the copy of her will now?

If you know the month and year that she died, and the city/state, then you should contact the county courthouse of the city/state where she died, ATTENTION: PROBATE RECORDS, and they can search their files for the will. If she had one, you can order a photocopy of it (and everything else in the probate file, if you are curious).

If you need help getting that address and/or phone number, send me an e-mail and I can find it for you.

SINCERELY,
