What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Michigan.

I am looking for the correct language for the openning page of a new second trust we are putting together that will make the first trust we did no longer valid. I think it starts with or sounds like "this trust dated, negates all prior written and recorded trust" or something like that.

Thank you for your help.

Don't try to do this without a trust attorney or you are asking for legal trouble. Why is the first trust not being carried out? Are you changing beneficiaries or just revising typographical errors? Have assets been funded in to the first trust and do those assets have the title of the first trust?
