What is the name of your state? Michigan

What is the openning language or paragraph used for a second trust that makes the first trust no longer valid. We have changed beneficiaries and need to title assets to the new trust

As advised in your other thread, have an attorney (the one you are going to see) do this. That's what you are paying him/her for.
