Currently I have the last will that pours over all remaining assets to the living trust. But it is pretty vague in case if the trust is deemed invalid (eg, if there are some legal errors there). Is there a way to write the last will in such a way that it will deliver all assets under the trust, and outside of the trust, to the same beneficiaries anyway (though may be through a probabtion) in case the trust deemed invalid ?

Sure. And a local attorney can help you with that.
