Question

Last will and testament

What is the name of your state? Arizona

Does a will need to be filed in the courthouse to be legal?

No...but it must be filed to open probate.

if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is there to hear it, does it make a sound?

If a probate court does not issue Letters Testamentary to allow someone to lawfully carry out the instructions in a will, is the will legal?


Ah, these metaphysical questions befuddle me.

Haiku posts in the child support and child visitation & custody forums, so it's not likely that she's going to be up next. Those child support & stuff forums have worse stuff than what goes on here!
