this is for the state of new hampshire
my brother past away and in his will, he did not mention a son who is two years old and he has never seen or had any contact.
and he never make it to his court appointment,
can the probate court refuse to file my brothers will ?also my brother made out the will after this child was born.and he did not
want the child mention either way.
thank you

The Will may be valid, BUT the child may have a claim against the estate. That is a matter of detailed local law that I can't answer as I am not a NH lawyer.
