What is the name of your state? Washington
If a trust is drawn up in 2001 with 2 trustors my grandma and my grandpa how is it that he also has a last will and testament leaving people monies from the total sale of real estate? :eek:

It is possible to have a will and a trust. One has different assets than the other one has--the person can have it drawn up that way since it is their wishes being carried out.
