I need some help again. You people have been wonderful so far.
Recently bought my mother-in-law up from Florida to live in New Jersey.
We put her in an independendant living facility. I am wondering when her assets run out. Can the govenment or anyone else come after our assets?
Will she qualify for Medicaid? She is single.
