What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

After my wife died, all real property remained in my name. This consisted of A primary residence and two rental homes. I'm now living with a lady as my life partner. For many reasons, we will not get married.

In my will, all real property will be left to my daughter to hold for her children. In the event something happens to me, I would like to provide my partner a home. Partner refuses having her name on the deed, because she doesn't want my daughter to feel her inheritance has been usurped. Is a lifetime estate or dowry at the primary residence possible? What f problems should I consider when adding this?
