I am from New Hampshire. How would I effectively rescind a Limited Power of Attorney? I assume it would have to be in writing, signed, and notarized. How would I professionally write such a document? Would you provide me with a template or an example please? Thank you.

send a certified letter to the person you gave it to stating it is revoked, ask for the original back and write to anyone else who may have a copy, stating that it has been revoked.
