What is the name of your state? Ohio
My Aunt is suffering from Alzheimers. Her son-in-law and grandson are powers of attorney, I can only assume they are general and not limited power of attornies. Another one of my relatives arrived at my Aunt's home and made a list of items that she wanted from my Aunt, had my Aunt sign the paper and left a copy at my Aunt's home. Neither the grandson nor son-in-law were present when this took place. Is this binding? What happens if these items suddenly disappear? Thank you for your attention.
