What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) CA
Both parents have passed away, and I have been named as the trustee, am I responsible for paying their unsecured debt thru the sale of their home, or assets?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Yes. Are the assets titled in the name of the trust? Do these assets have enough value to cover the unsecured debts? When did parents pass?
