has anyone made their own living trust? seems like if we could get the forms we could write our own.

I'm not an attorney, but a living trust requires knowledge to be effective.

Have you read up on them? If nothing else, read up on them, draw one up and have an attorney look at it to make sure it is in order. Trusts can be very complicated.

I did actually order a book from one of these websites. It was very informative, and included do-it-yourself forms, but after reading it, I realized that I would not take this on without advice of an attorney.
