I have a question about wills in the state of GA.
The question is about my grandfather. He has 4 children and now that he is handicapped and very sick one of the children is coming around and buttering him up. The belief of the family is that she is doing this so she may gain the house he lives in now, which is willed to someone else.
My main question is that is the will protected from her coercing him to change it to her benefit. Im sure there are laws covering this type of thing because this is not the first time a child has tried to manipulate an elderly parent.
