What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

An answer on another thread prompted this question...
Been on SSDI, SSI, and Medicare for many years with no problems. Just found out my Aunt's property may be deeded to me and another relative and sold in Sept. There is already a buyer willing to pay 175 Thousand, which would leave me around 87.5 Thousand. I understand SSI will stop.

Will MEDICAID confiscate some/or all of this possible windfall?

Thank you
