What is the name of your state? Indiana

My step-son was in an auto accident 8 years ago. He was awarded $50,000 that was to be set up in a trust fund. His mother was to be trustee. We believe that she is accessing the funds for personal reasons. How can we locate information about the fund? Where do we start?

These types of trusts should be monitored by the court. Look in the probate division.

Get more information about the settlement from the attorneys who won it and you will find out details about how and where it was set up. Probate may or may not have been involved.
