My paternal grandmother died and left me a large amount of money, which I split equally among myself and my siblings.
After probate, my estranged paternal uncle shows up with a will dated 2 years more recent than the executed Will. This new Will leaves the money to my paternal uncle and his family. The attorney who prepared the Will that names me as beneficiary is now deceased.
My grandmother was a very eccentric woman, and I don't doubt she left 2 wills (or even more, to find later).
Am I going to be responsible for the entire amount of the Will if his more current Will is judged to be valid?
