Florida.
My paternal grandmother died and left me a large amount of money, which I split equally among myself and my siblings.
After probate, my estranged paternal uncle shows up with a will dated 2 years more recent than the executed Will. This new Will leaves the money to my paternal uncle and his family. The attorney who prepared the Will that names me as beneficiary is now deceased.
My grandmother was a very eccentric woman, and I don't doubt she left 2 wills (or even more, to find later).
Am I going to be responsible for the entire amount of the Will if his more current Will is judged to be valid?

Please clarify your situation by explaining:

(1) What was the month and year of your grandmother's death?

(2) What month and year was the probate closed on the executed will?

(3) What month and year was the discovered will written and/or witnessed, and who were the witnesses (were they related to your grandmother or not)?
