in texas mominlaw signed will single person on will 9/21/01 died on 9/29/01 signed pod on well over 20 yr old checking accounts was with "husband for 3yrs 8mnths he signed death cert name-husband she had everything and he had nothing will went to courthouse on 11/8/01 says if he is unable or unwilling wife would be executrice did not see till 11/8 wanted to take out money for a trust before probate, cosigned a loan on a truck with a balance (he gets truck) wants estate to pay,she gave check with her signature from her account for transport to 2nd hospital he gave to funeral home for expense now wants back. said cut up one of her credit cards without calling creditor will not pay me for the 1k for rest of funeral....... wife has contested and he wants to settle for above plus pay for his attorney who made the will should we pay and settle or go to court?( substantial estate):mad: :confused:
