In the state of Louisiana, is a lock box or safe deposit box of a deceased considered a movable or immovable asset?

Problem is such - one party left all movable assets. Same party + the executor of the estate left immovable assets. Issue is that the executor of the will is the co-owner of the lock box with the deceased as well as the named executor. What are the rights of each party named as recipient of the immovable assets in regards to the lock box?

Thanks

Robert
