What is the name of your state? Nevada

We had our wills, living trusts etc. done in the state of Washington. We recently moved to Nevada. Is there reciprocity or do we need to have all the docs done again?

You don't need to do anything but it might be a good idea to register the living will and the trust with a local attorney for safekeeping.

I agree and while you are there, ask the lawyer if there are any Nevada quirks (community property is one thing that comes to mind) that may require some fine tuning.
