When I was 9 my sister and I were hit by a drunk driver, my mother adopted me and my sister when I was 7. My mother sued the driver and the company he worked for and I received $19000 in compensation. When I turned 18 I was able to access the account and there is now only $1500 left. My mother had me sign stuff at the bank so our family of 4 could go on vacations. I remember signing some stuff vaguely. So in 3 years she spent $17,500 of my money. Is this legal?
