I need to know something. My father passed away and he was married to this woman for a couple of years. I know he had a will. Shes living off of a trust fund and has all these vehicles. The worst part is she has all these pictures of my great grandma etc whom she never met. She won't let me even borrow them. I know my dad had a will. How to I get a copy of it.
Thank You
P.S. all us siblings want are the photos

Given the time that has lapsed, this won't be easy. You'd need to get a lawyer. BUT a Will only covers assets held in his name, and NOT jointly held or trust held property. As kids, you'd have some right to inherit even without a will.
