Naming the Trust

What is the name of your state? CA

Can I name my AB Trust "Trinity Trust Dated March XX, 2007? Or, must I use my full name? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.

You can name the trust what you want.

Thank you for the prompt response. I spoke to an CA Attorney and she said I had to include my sir name when I name the Trust. I just wasn't to confident in answer. Again, thanks!

Using the name only helps the poor accountants and attorneys help administer the trust at a later day. There is no statute in CA which requires a certain naming protocol.
