What is the name of your state? OR
14 years ago after my father died my mother and I signed an agreement in which she would WILL me the controlling interest in a S corporation. Later she transfered most of her shares to me as a gift. Now she's 88 years old and my other sibling have convienced her to cancell the agreement. The by-laws of the S corporation stated that transfered shares are irrevocable and alterable. Can she take the transfered shares back, or only the shares that she didn't transfered after the agreement. Thank you.
