Need an estate administrator/executor

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
Very large estate with quite a few hiers, but no one wants to be the administrator. Where can I find an outside administrator other than family members?

Bank trust departments... Attorneys... Ask the court to appoint someone...

Expect whatever "outsider" is appointed to take the maximum compensation that the court will allow.
