What is the name of your state? Missouri.

I am wondering what would my new wife's rights be to my house should I die. It isn't paid off yet and I am wondering if my children from a previous marriage are entitled to anything. Basically they divorced me when their mother did and I really would like my new wife to have all of my assets, what little there is. I don't have a will and my assets are small. Thanks for any information you can give me.

Then write a will. Because if you don't your wife and any children can make a claim to your estate.
