New York. I was left 1/3 of a house in my parents will with my two brohters. One lives in the house now and we were left each one third of the property worth about 350,000. He says he will live their rent free and that he does not have to buy me out. My other brother doesn't want to get invloved. Do I have any riights to force a sale or buy out? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Thanks. I'll do that. Can I guess at about 10,000 to get that done. Or is it easier and maybe cheaper?
