What is the name of your state? california, my widowed father, who is living, has left his entire estate to his children in the form of a living trust and now will be getting remarried to a divorced woman. there is no pre-nuptial agreement between them so my question is when he passes can this woman or any of her children be entitled to receive any part of his estate? and is it possible for her to get anything from his estate if she goes to court to pursue this? will the living trust protect his assets from the "new wife" when he does pass? is there anything the executors to the living trust can do to stop this woman from getting her hands on his real estate or money? please help! they will be married soon and we all think she is a gold digger.
