i am in alabama, and my grandmother died in may she had a little land and that was all. she always told us she never wanted the land sold.she had two children a daughter and my father who passed away 15 years ago. do i get his part being his only child.now she wants to sell her land, if i get my fathers part can i keep my aunt from selling her place. it is not worth much. please help if you can.
