What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

My husband and I live in our own house and his sister and sister's husband lives with their mother (has never moved out). If my husband's mother passes away (she does not have a husband or will and house is paid off) will my husband still get a share or could his sister fight it and claim it as hers since she has never moved out?

If mother has not gifted any ownership share to the sister, then sister merely lives there.

When mother passes away, the house would be disposed of by will or Kentucky's intestate succession statutes. After any of mother's legitimate creditors are paid.
