Is there any law that says a witness to an American will must be a US citizen?
Can a will be rendered invalid if one of the witnesses was a non-citizen, even if his or her command of English was good?
How about if the witness doesn't speak English (assuming the will was written in English and the testator, attorney and other witness were all English-speakers)?
Thanks
